farewell trade

went to the venice boardwalk– ocean, freak and mountain view.. and the beach where i left your name scrawled in the sand and properly buried under a thousand tiny goodbyes. i found the perfect seashell in trade–a brilliant purple on the inside, the smooth surface of time on the outer. that spot on the beach is fuller now, really good air too. i thought you’d like that.
